This policy explains how DDS Design & Printing ("DDS", "we") collects and processes your data when you use albaniadds.com. We respect your privacy and process only the data we need.
Our chatbot is an automated AI assistant (not a human). To generate replies, your messages are sent to Anthropic PBC (provider of the "Claude" model, based in the USA), acting as a data processor on our behalf (see section 8 for international transfers).
We do not store conversations. DDS does not keep chatbot conversations on its servers — there is no database, session or message log. The chat history exists only temporarily in your browser during the session and is lost when you close the page. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API data is not used to train models and is retained by them only briefly for safety/abuse purposes. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chatbot. Replies are AI-generated and may be inaccurate.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose (typically up to 12–24 months for communications, or as tax law requires for invoices). Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent. For any request, email info@albaniadds.com.
We use local storage only for analytics, and only after you consent via the banner. Without consent, analytics stays off. Essential technical items (e.g. language) need no consent.
When you use the chatbot, the text of your messages is transferred to and processed by Anthropic PBC (San Francisco, USA), acting as our processor. This is a transfer of personal data outside Albania and the European Economic Area (EEA), to a third country.
To make this transfer lawful and safe, we rely on:

DDS does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on you (Article 22 GDPR). We do not carry out profiling. The chatbot only provides information and guidance; the "AI Lab" tools (product suggestions, quote calculator) give indicative results only, not binding decisions. Every quote or order is always confirmed by a human from our team.
